JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a strategic Project Quotations Officer who will be responsible in providing suppliers information on product inquiries and quotations direct from our international suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Handles quotes or inquiries of product direct from our international suppliers.
Assists the organization in understanding how to use pricing to help drive key strategic and tactical business objectives.
Directly communicates with international/global suppliers.
Ensures up-to-date on the pricing market of products.
Reviews and responds to daily inquiries of products.
Knowledgeable in warrant claims and familiatrity in basic accounting principles
Will handle purchase indent (by order).
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course
At least 2 years of relevant industry experience
Knowledge of MS Office Applications like MS Outlook and Excel
General understanding in the quotation process and documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated analytical and statistical problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with global suppliers and top management.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
