Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Customer links and management
Be the interface with the customer quality and safety teams
Define and monitor correct execution of the project quality plan
Prepare/maintain the Consortium management review/report to be communicated to the Consortium Project Director for the Customer/Engineer monthly report
Project execution controls
Establish the Quality Management System for the E&M group based on Alstom DFQ process which to be reviewed/communicated with JV Partners.
Lead the quality KPI implementation based on APAC quality policy
Ensure Quality Assurance Plan and Quality Control Plan implementation at early stage of project
Controls synchronized schedule of quality deliverables by the Partners
Ensure quality of the modifications made during the project
Ensure that safety assessment is correctly implemented (i.e. safety review) and safety authorization process is implemented
Ensure REX process implemented in the project
Support PM to build the DFQ checklist for Gate Reviews based on verified evidences
Report quality and safety alerts
Perform FAI (First Article Inspection) or FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) when required
Develop, verify Inspection & Test Plan, perform supplier audit
Ensure quality of the modifications made during the project
Ensure CONQ (Cost of Non Quality) is captured
Control project deliverables compliance through inspection and audits
Improve
Manage Non conformities and Safety issues and animate problem solving during project execution phase using PST 8D tool.
Measure and improve project quality performance through biannual QMR.
Follow KPIs to guarantee QCD commitments
Requirements:
Master degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
Awareness on Processes and Products delivered in the project, Experience in Quality / audit are appreciated
At least 10 years as Quality Manager
At least 5 years in Construction projects especially in Railway industry
Fluent in English
