Job Responsibilities
Responsible to coordinate and monitor the List and Status of Variation Orders received from customer.
Supports Project Team in securing 3rd party vendor quotations required in the project.
Ensures that KPIs with customer as to the response time on PMI/Variation Orders are met
Prepares offers for received Variation Orders for simple additional works.
Prepares Canvassing Reports and secure necessary approvals.
Responsible to raise Purchase Requisition (PR) for purchases required by the project, both direct and indirect materials.
Monitors Timely Delivery by vendors in line with the project time schedule/requirements.
Other task that maybe assigned from time to time in support to project team.
What do I need to qualify for the role?
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Management
2-3 year work experience as In-house Sales, experience in preparing offers to customers.
Pro-active team player, Organized and attention to detail.
The candidate should have demonstrated skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure to meet time constraints is required
SAP experience and knowledge is an advantage
