PURPOSE OF ROLE :
Responsible for front-end activities required in the E2E project delivery; timeline, scope, materials, budget
Delegated GSAP (Global SAP) user for EPCM team and responsible for all GSAP (Global SAP) functions including updating and downloading reports
PRIMARY RESONSIBILITIES :
Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ), technical drawings and other requirements for projects and programs
Create, maintain, review and administer construction schedules and plans
Liaise with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues
Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to organize the phases of the construction development
All GSAP functions:
Purchase Requisition
Service Entry
Accrual / VOWD Declaration
Asset Under Construction (AUC) and Capitalization
Qualification
Education: Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or related course
Years of Experience and Specialization: minimum of 5 years in the same field
Technical Skills Required: Experience in project or facility management of multi-location retail sites with knowledge of fuel systems, electrical, hydraulics and general maintenance and project planning
Oral and Written Communication Skills: With good English verbal and written communication skills
Computer Software Proficiency Level: Confident user of Microsoft Word/Power Point and Advanced level with Excel
Other Requirements: Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Willing to work on any shift
Willing to be assigned in Makati and to travel depending on business needs
