Key Responsibilities:
Specifically the Local Peacebuilding Officer shall:
Facilitate coordination and dialogues with local stakeholders for BaSulTa Project;
Provide necessary technical support on assessment and evaluation activities for BaSulTa Project including, monitoring and advices on local security concerns, consolidation/collation of information on stakeholders' mapping
Provide technical support/guidance in local peace-building concerns, capacity building activities of the project which include design and implement peace-building related trainings in close coordination with Peace-Building and Context Adaptation Specialist; and
Work closely with the BaSulTa Project Coordinator for the day-to-day operational deliverables
Provide necessary reports as agreed with Project Coordinator and/or HEA Manager based on agreed workplan.
