We need you to be an agent of change at IQ-EQ as you assist the PMO team and our Senior Change Portfolio Analyst to support the successful delivery of the change portfolio across the Group. Every day brings a new challenge so you'll need to be a team player at heart with strong communication skills to build relationships across the business.
You need to be highly organised so you can manage your day and arrange various meetings as necessary. Having an eye for detail and high levels of accuracy is very essential to this role as you will be assisting a busy team in the preparation of agendas, minutes of the meeting and other required documentation such as end to end processes and project templates. You will also be contributing to the production of high-quality presentations through use of applications such as MS Powerpoint and Visio.
This is a busy team with lots of deadlines to meet so you'll need to ensure you collate action items from the meeting, monitor deadlines and assist the Senior Change Portfolio Analyst in chasing up outstanding actions.
Qualifications
Essential Criteria:
5+ Years experience operating in a professional office environment demonstrating the skills and experience to successfully perform the role
Excellent organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills
Good degree of literacy in applications such as; MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio
Fluent in English Language
Desired Criteria:
Undergraduate Degree
Experience of operating within a firm that shares some of the following features:
Globally distributed teams
Financial Services
Fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment
Previous experience operating within a PMO environment
Awareness of Project Management Frameworks
