Helps the Project Director in the overall management of a project, including sales, construction, design, compliance and budget
Helps the Project Director in ensuring that project milestones and timelines are met;
Helps the Project Director in resolving issues and concerns in the project;
Deals with different project stakeholders, including consultants, clients and third-party contractors/suppliers;
Liases with relevant governament offices and agencies;
Prepares reports;
Performs other work that may needed to ensure project completion
Knowledge on project management;
Experience in real estate is a required;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills;
Exposure in corporate finance, budget and cashflow
