Duties and Responsibilities:
Aim to have Zero TRIR across the duration of project
Strictly implement the policy of "Singular Interpretation" for : (a) design documents to ensure clarity and completeness of design; and (b) generated reports to ensure clarity, accuracy and correctness of reported information
Target 100% Zero Punchlist on Contract Documents, Billings, Change Notices, Change Orders and SAP Entries
Proper Budgeting
Cost Control
90% Timely Start of Projects (TSOP)
90% Timely Delivery of Projects (TDOP)
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or College Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil.
At least 1 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Job role in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent; Effective written and oral communication skills; Critical to details; Computer literacy; Leadership skills; Integrity; Critical and strategical thinker.
