Managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial client consultation to final project completion
Coordinating and collaborating with the design team to ensure projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards
Overseeing the procurement and logistics of all materials, furniture, and equipment required for project installations
Effectively managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns that arise
Continuously seeking opportunities to streamline operations and identify areas for process improvement
Translate client briefs into project plans and creative concepts
Lead the planning, development, and execution of events and design installations
Ensure brand consistency and alignment with Moss Manila's creative standards
Develop and manage detailed project budgets and cost breakdowns
Monitor expenses and ensure cost-efficiency without compromising quality
Approve purchases and oversee resource allocation across departments
Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
Ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong partnerships
Supervise cross-functional teams including designers, logistics personnel, and event staff
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure accountability
Conduct regular team briefings, production meetings, and post-event debriefs
Serve as the point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Manage client expectations and provide proactive updates
Identify potential risks and implement contingency plans
Ensure all deliverables are met within deadlines
Conduct performance reviews and gather client feedback
Document learnings and recommend improvements for future projects
Strong analytical and planning skills;

Excellent problem-solving skills;
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar project management or operations role within the interior design industry
Background in Civil Engineer, Architecture
Fresh graduate of Civil Engineers are welcome for the Project /Set up manager positions
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and the design team
Hands-on experience in procurement, logistics, and overall project set-up
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring high-quality project deliverables
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
