Oversee the delivery of all projects and work-streams within the specified scope of work; monitor each project's health to ensure they are all progressing appropriately
Ensuring project deadlines are met
Undertaking project tasks as required
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Strategize Product development with the use of Agile Methodology
Manage Product lifecycle
Manage feature developments
Manage developer workload
Manage team's KPI
Ensure the quality of each development release
Plus if the candidate has any of the following
- PRINCE 2 Agile Practitioner
- Certified ScrumMaster
- Knowledgable in basic C++ and Java
Required skill(s): Project Management, Ecommerce project experience
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Advanced knowledge in using MS Office Apps (Excel, Word, PPT)
Basic knowledge of LSS/Agile/Scrum methodologies
Ability to work independently as well as effectively in a team
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent in report writing and communication
Experience in managing a website/software development lifecycle
Experience handling a development team
Experience in practicing Agile methodology
Experience in launching product software
Knowledgeable in the Agile Methodology
