PROJECT MANAGER
 
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and execute projects by defining scope, objectives, and milestones with stakeholders, while monitoring progress to meet deadlines, maintain quality standards, and mitigate potential risks.
Break down projects into manageable tasks, assign them to the right team members, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with overall project goals.
Manage a small, diverse team by fostering collaboration, providing guidance, resolving conflicts, and serving as the central point of contact between team members and stakeholders.
Collect and consolidate team updates for stakeholder reporting, manage ad hoc reporting requests, and maintain clear, transparent communication with stakeholders.
Ensure efficient resource allocation and utilization, while identifying gaps and coordinating with management to address them.
Continuously evaluate and improve project workflows and methodologies, while promoting best practices in project management and team collaboration.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
3+ years of experience in a similar or related role.
