Project ManagerMediLink Network Inc.

Primary Function:
1. Process and project reporting and tracking
2. Escalate issues and risks
3. Provide support mechanisms for cross-functional projects and/or teams
4. Ensure that groups are aligned on project process, selection, priority and execution
5. Identifying and managing program adherence to governance, policies and standards
6. Conduct post-mortem; capture, communicate and incorporate lessons learned
Regular Tasks:
1. Manage and support project team
2. Obtain feedback and updates from multiple project teams.
3. Report project updates to management on a weekly basis. Contents should focus on
project issues and delays encountered by the project team
4. Coordinate internal resources and client/third party during projects
5. Ensure projects are delivered on time
6. Ensure resource availability and allocation
7. Develop a detailed project plan and schedule to track and report progress
8. Identify and resolve project issues and risks
9. Escalate project risks, problems or delays to management as needed
10. Foster relationship with the client and other stakeholders
11. Maintain comprehensive project documentation
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of 4-year degree course. Graduate of any IT-related course an advantage
2. Familiarity in ICT and SDLC processes and concepts
3. Experience in project management related job is required
