Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in a related field, engineering. A master's degree in project management or a related discipline may be beneficial.
* Proven experience as a project manager, leading and successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey project information to team members and stakeholders.
* Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide the project team towards achieving project goals.
* Ability to analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and make well-informed decisions.
* Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Skill in negotiating with stakeholders, clients, and team members to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
* Strong focus on delivering high-quality project outcomes that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
