REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
* Candidate must posses at least Bachelors/College Degree In Civil Engineering
*At least 5 years of related experience as Project Manager in construction Industry is required
* Excellent Field Management Skills
* Must be Self Driven, Highly Competent and Responsible
* Ability to work with multiple discipline project
*Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
PURPOSE
*Implementation of Project Execution Plan
Over handling the ongoing project
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
* Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
* Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
* Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
*Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
* Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
*Managing the reports and necessary documentations
*Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
*Performs other related duties from time to time *Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
*Use and continually develop leadership skills
*Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis *"Working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
are on track."
