JOB DETAILS
Experience in delivering projects across a wide range of systems and platforms and consulting in the
context of a retail environment.
You will manage the coordination, planning, monitoring, control and ultimately the successful
delivery of projects for your client base as well as be required to provide consulting services as and
when required.
You will be accountable for taking corrective action to ensure that your projects are delivered within
the agreed scope, on time, to quality and within budget
Superior communication and stakeholder management skills.
Successfully navigate and manage a broad range of stakeholders and expectations across your client's
organization knowing that the ultimate aim is the delivery of a successful project.
With a flair for corralling and motivating teams to drive successful outcome.
You will also act as a leader both within your client's business and internally at it works and will
contribute to the continuous improvement of project management and delivery practices.
Experience delivering a variety of business-critical projects of varying complexity and under tight
deadlines whilst maintaining compliance with internal frameworks and producing quality outcomes
for your clients, all whilst keeping risk management and mitigation at top of mind.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years in an Implementation (Professional Services), eCommerce or Retail Account Manager.
Whilst experience delivering projects within a retail environment is advantageous, it is not essential.
Supporting outsourced clients and campaigns (AU,US,UK or NZ) is preferred.
A team player with a passion for retail transformation, digital and technology.
Demonstrated experience in managing disparate teams in a variety of environments, in a project
setting.
Demonstrated experience in successfully planning and managing projects of varying complexity.
Demonstrated ability in managing multiple clients and multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability in leading project delivery with a focus on time, cost, quality and scope.
Demonstrated experience in leading the development of solutions with a focus on business
enablement and outcomes.
An understanding of, and experience in utilising a variety of project management methodologies and
techniques within the context of an organisation setting.
Proven ability and experience in corporate and project procurement processes including tendering.
Demonstrated experience coaching and supporting a team by identifying development needs and
providing coaching for less experienced team members.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication styles to
accommodate different audiences using a variety of mediums.
Ability to filter through the detail and prioritise actions accordingly.
