Defines and develops overall project development and delivery strategies in alignment with the concerned stakeholders,
to deliver projects within defined Project Delivery performance metrics.
Alignment of resource requirements between project portfolio and critical service providers (e.g. contract and vendor
management, engineering, construction management etc.).
Validates and approves capacity plan for multiyear project portfolio ensuring that department has capacity and capability
to deliver project portfolios.
Identifies and documents project management best practices and methodologies across the department and where
applicable provide guidance and support to project management functions of Estate Water group.
Reviews and validates appropriateness and effectiveness project management policies and processes within the Project
Delivery Group -Integrated Management System (IMS).
Ensure that all projects are delivered with full compliance to all policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
