We are inviting high-calibre individuals to join our expanding production team as our full-time remote Project Manager to participate in the project management cycle for crafting websites and to ensure projects run smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
Manage the project management cycle from web design to development for various projects to ensure outcomes are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters
Collaborate with designers and developers to develop and implement projects to meet the objectives of the company based on defined processes
Undertake web development process review for quality assurance, including performing vulnerability scanning, site audit and documentation for various projects, that meets the company practice and standard
Keep abreast of latest technologies in web development, application solutions, and project management practices, and assist in the research and implementation to enhance the production efficiency
Promote optimization of workflows, techniques and tools for the best production quality and user experience
Foster a continuous learning and knowledge sharing culture among project delivery groups and assist in influencing to take positive action and accountability for their assigned tasks
Proactively report to the team lead on the project status and prepare project management documentation including but not limited to change log, issue tracker, etc
Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in tech project management (website and applications focused) - applicants with less experience will be considered as Project Associate
A bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration / Management or other related fields
Track record in managing tech projects with knowledge of project management methodology (i.e. agile, water or hybrid based on project nature)
Highly organized and comfortable working across multiple time zones and projects remotely
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Ability in understanding important performance drivers defined by the team lead and company
Self-motivated, proactive and organized team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
It'd be great if you can/have:
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. Wordpress) and web builder tools (e.g. Elementor, WP Bakery, etc) is a plus
Experience and knowledge in SEO and SEM (e.g. keyword research, on-page optimization)
