Key Responsibilties:
Define, strategize and justify the entire plan for the project (work plan, team structure, team process, stakeholder involvement plan, configuration management plan, management plans, and the like)
Execute & monitor execution of the project plan in meeting the organization goal for project schedule, budget and quality expectation.
Provide regular updates to the customer on project schedule and status with incident and additional service request handling.
Report an accurate project status internally to management, and to relevant customer stakeholders
Proactively identify risks & risk mitigation to improve project success. Manage project issues on a timely manner.
Drive root cause analysis, continuous improvements, and other activities that will prevent project failures or improve delivery success
Able to translate business goals, feature concepts, and customer needs into prioritized product requirements and use cases
Collaborate with business, UX, marketing, developer, and e-commerce teams to drive projects
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to understand opportunities and potential value
Lead scrum planning meetings to develop team strategies, project goals, and work into progress
Gather detail use cases and requirements through on-site visits, virtual meetings, and other group sessions
