What will your role be?
Successful candidates shall participate in managing one or more system implementation projects to successful completion and meet the goals / KPIs
Involve in project planning, monitoring & control activities
Manage client interactions at all levels to achieve success
Manage project teams on-site and off-site in line with the implementation strategies and best practices
Prepare & maintain the necessary project management documentation
Managing post production issues till resolved
Manage team morale and resolve conflicts
What do you need to have to be successful in this role?
Graduate in any relevant technical field of study. Candidates with banking background is desirable
Minimum 3 years working experience as a Project Manager
Have experience managing customer IT projects from end to end (from initiation to post live support)
Preference will be given to candidate with PMP or other project management related certifications
Good communication and presentation skills
