KEY OUTCOMES
• Ensure delivery of a complete project to Operating Companies from inception to completion
• Coordinate with CS teams, Scripting, DP, Charting, regional and local PM, RM, fieldwork coordinator, media team for seamless execution of the projects.
• Take accountability of deadlines - actively escalate and seek help if timings are not being met
• Report any problems that arise on the projects, and be aware of the troubleshooting steps and action taken
• Proactively lists all the relevant internal and external information that will be required for the project design/setup and alerts local account team to these needs
• Use their knowledge of sampling and fieldwork challenges in different markets to recommend appropriate solutions/methodologies when required for non-standard projects
• Produces the project plan and relevant timelines and ensure that all stakeholders have access/are notified of timelines
• Ensure that project scope is monitored and adhered to as per SoW
• Executes project plans to ensure timely and accurate delivery of outcomes as per agreed design tool, timing and budget given
• Ensures accuracy and consistency against spec on questionnaires, scripts, code frames and all deliverables by paying exceptional attention to detail
• Lead / Attend kick off meetings, review meetings, regular status calls and provide regular project status updates, handling queries, supporting and guiding all relevant teams.

• Marketing Research Process: Sampling, quotas, targets, etc.
• Understanding of the Marketing Research process: Field, Coding, Script, DP, PM, CS
