PROJECT MANAGERKMC Solutions

We need an offshore project manager with the experience and capability to coordinate project updates, report and administer governance aspects such as risks and issues. We need this role to report to the Chief Operating Officer for Propic's strategic projects going forward for the likes of Place, Redimax, Di Jones, Coronis if it happens, and others down the track.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Getting weekly updates from the project team on tasks and updating the project plan
Writing/ updating weekly customer status reports based on the plan and progress (we will have a template to be filled in)
Recording Issue and Risks in registers, getting updates on Risks & Issues, and updating these
Possibly attending meetings and documenting key actions from project meetings
MINIMUM COMPETENCIES:
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
Experience working in tech industries such as banking and telco industry is an advantage
SalesForce experience is also an advantage
