JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.Monitors and coordinates all design works and presents the plans for the purposes of securing management approval.
2.Leads the monitoring and coordination of the plans for implementation to ensure compliance to the approved concept and specifications.
3.Coordinates and manages the project from the inception, design, project execution, turnover and close out within the project team.
4. Manages the implementation to deliver the project within budget, schedule and of excellent quality.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
