Team leader onsite
Planning and implementation of project
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverable
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Develop full scale project plans
Assemble and coordinate project staff
Manage project budget and resource allocation
Plan and schedule project timelines
Track project deliverable
Provide direction and support to project team
Quality assurance
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing
Project evaluations and assessment of results
Coordinating with key persons during project implementation (client and distributors)
Job Qualification:
Must possess strong leadership and time management skills
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in any IT related course
Must have at least two (2) years' experience doing Project Management in the IT industry
Experience in negotiating with local government units is a plus
Knows how to drive a vehicle and have a valid driver's license
Willing to be deployed in Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija / Bauang, La Union
