Job Description
Lead the project team for the implementation of ELV Systems
Responsible for the overall project team performance and coordination
Interfacing with customer assigned personnel and representing the company at project meetings and presentations
Receive and analyze project and mock-up requirements from Presales and Sales
Contribute to design and engineering of project specific system solutions
Planning and resource management for project implementation
Customer/ Partner relationship management
Preparing and compiling project reports on regular basis
Coordination with third party installers
Handling system configuration and commissioning
Supervision of system installation
Establish constant communication and reporting with Partners/Customers
Supervision and management of technicians and coordination of works with system programmers
Manage and handle testing of returned Products
Technical training and Operator training services
Elaboration and update of the project planning data (actual costs versus budget, times-schedules, personnel deployment planning etc.)
Monitoring of project progress performance
Achievement of program objectives as stipulated in the contract and in compliance with the company guidelines and policies.
Supervision, review and control of deliverables preparation
Organizing and leading project management meetings (internal and external)
Reporting of the project according to defined goals: Quality, schedule, cost, effort and risk
Claim management including correspondence and documentation to support company request for additional scope or extension of time and relevant compensation
Addressing technical, commercial and contractual issues
Subcontractor/vendor management
Risk management (Risk assessment and mitigation plan)
Supervision of the Quality Assurance and HSE activities
Responsible for daily scheduling
Material Preparation

Qualifications and Experience
Previous project management experience
At least 5 years in managing ELV systems and Electrical projects:
FDAS (Edwards, Notifier, Kidde etc.)
CCTV (Dahua, Hikvision etc.)
Access Control (HID, Fingertech etc.)
Intercom (Elvox, Vimar etc.)
PABGM (Bosch)
Bollards (Elgo)
Gate Barrier
Car Ramp
Time System, Master Clock
Thermal Scanner
Telephone & Data
Wifi
Structured Cabling
XRay Machine
Turnstile
Walkthrough Detector
CATV
Lighting System
Electrical Layout
Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Electronics or Electrical and Computer Engineering or equivalent.
A record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a comparable role.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
Knowledge of: PLC’s and embedded systems (is a plus), Lighting control, HVAC control Data networking/ IT, Structured cabling, Windows Server, SQL, Virtualization, system backup, system maintenance.
Ability to travel frequently
Ability to manage multiple detailed projects at the same time
Proven leadership and ability to drive technical teams.
Ability to delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up
Ability to analyse client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
