Why this role?
We are embarking upon an exciting growth phase and as such we have an amazing opportunity for you to join our team in KONE Philippines, as a Project Manager. This role manages the interface with all key stakeholders during the project. He/she plans, directs and coordinates the activities of designated projects to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget, using approved KONE methodologies and tools.
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through others.
What will you be doing?
Work with Installation team to ensure productivity gains and quality outcomes
Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project. Develops the project plans and product specifications within the framework of the company development process.
Oversee the planning / organising of delivery and storage of materials to the site/s
Manage communication with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process
Directs and coordinates activities of project team to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.

Relevant tertiary qualifications - Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, highly desirable
Strong Project Management skills • Demonstrated experience within a commercial environment, managing projects at a site level
Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Planning and Analytical skills
High emotional intelligence
