Job Overview
The Project Manager is primarily responsible for the coordination and completion of the project on time, within budget, and within scope. A prosperous Project Manager is a great leader who is able to communicate effectively with the project team and the client while ensuring that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. The Project Manager shall also be directly reporting to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities and tasks
» Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure that the project is on schedule and within the project scope.
» Direct, manage and motivate the project team.
» Keep track of assigned tasks and ensure all are delivered on time.
» Carry out risk assessment.
» Resolve blockers and issues that may come along.
Requirements:
Qualifications
» At least 1-2 years practice in the field or related area.
» Has broad practice using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
» Excellent interpersonal expertise.
» People and client management expertise.
» Solid organizational expertise including attention to detail and multi-tasking expertise.
» capability to deal with problems quickly and resourcefully.
