Manages and responds to client inquiries, client complaints, issue escalation and resolution, due date change requests, process clarifications, and other client communications.
Oversees client communication. Monitors day-to-day email communication between service operations and client counterparts to ensure proper tone and content.
Assists service operations with capacity and workload planning for holidays and other business disruptions. Ensures that client contacts are advised appropriately.
Schedules, facilitates, and participates in client calls, assists in determining client requirements, instructions, and expectations. Documents items discussed on client calls. Assists service operations in ensuring that knowledge transfer is complete, and all questions are addressed.
Provides client feedback, instructions, and requests to service operations.
Works with service operations, Business Process and BARM teams to ensure that new tasks and projects are appropriately documented and monitored within the due date.
Creates monthly and quarterly client governance reports, compiling quality, utilization, productivity, and other data.
Schedules, facilitates, and participates in periodic governance calls.
Participates in service operations meetings. Remains involved and updated on day-to-day issues and concerns of the service operations teams.
Monitors productivity, quality, and other metrics of the service operations teams.
Partners with service operations in identifying opportunities for process improvement and executing appropriate actions for its implementation.
Communicates with varying levels of management, clients and staff
5+ years' work experience in operations - account and project management (experience in BPO operations is a BIG plus)
Significantly above average English communication skills (written and verbal)
Exceptional organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
Exceptional analytical skill
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Products; Proficient in MS Excel (intermediate to advanced level required)
Knowledge of practical aspects of project management
Good sense of problem identification and resolution
Willing to work alternate schedules to accommodate client required conference calls, web conferences and meetings
