Position :Project Manager/Virtual Assistant
Work Hours :Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time
Salary Range :$980 (Depending on the interview result and client's
approval)

Responsibilities:
Creating projects from templates
Communicating with client service team for creation of project timelines
Ensuring that projects are progressing against prescribed timelines
Maintain documentation of project details, plans, status reports and meeting minutes
Requirements
At Least 3 years of relevant experience in the role, with experience in project management is preferably
Strong proficiency in written and verbal English
Exceptional multitasking skills
Ability to strictly adhere to deadlines and project timelines
Strong organizational skills
Experience in an advertising agency setting is also preferred
Project Management certification or designation
Familiarity with Asana
