The role will entail the following activities:
Safeguarding the day to day delivery of the change and training strategy
Collaborate with different stakeholders and act as first point of contact for the country change teams
Development of global training approach for different target groups, including different tools & methods, trainings and templates
Alignment with HR unite team to develop coordinated and aligned country implementation activities
Ongoing measurement, monitoring and progress reporting
Monitor and resolve dependencies amongst countries and the different projects
Take necessary actions to assure a timely delivery of activities and milestones, regardless of who is action owner
Guide change country leads through the transition key moments and provide advice
Act pro-actively in a complex setting to avoid misunderstanding amongst country and programme
Contribute to the change mgmt activities (change, communication and training), in collaboration and alignment with the Change Management Lead
