We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking candidate to join our established and growing team in the Philippines.
Your responsibilities will include:
Executing civil works and interior and exterior finishes to ensure the project is progressing as per specifications, timelines, and allotted budget.
Monitoring the work of all site operations.
Interacting with external consultants, vendors/contractors for smooth execution of the projects.
Preparing of MIS reports e.g., WPR, MPR, DPR.
Preparing of various presentations, MOMs, correspondences, and coordination with Contractors and clients.
Monitoring and tracking progress with respect to baseline schedule and milestones, developing S curve.
Monitoring project baseline program and work progress including milestone dates.
Taking corrective action with the engineer and contractor to drive to completion.
Analysing critical activities, and delay analysis. Handling other project-related works.
Assisting and working with the management for effective deployment of safety policy and achieving the safety objectives and targets /goals.
Assisting the weekly progress review, SHE meetings, and other progress meetings held at the site.
Monitoring contractors' compliance to all related statutory regulations
Managing and implementing quality systems as per client requirements.
Being actively involved in implementing quality plans and procedures, manuals, documents, and ISO 9001:2008 QMS systems.
Coordinating with the client to ensure that their quality standards & work procedures are successfully submitted, approved & implemented against agreed timelines.
Ensuring the procurement and contract team closes all the project-related contracts.
Interacting with external consultants, vendors/contractors for smooth execution of the projects.

You have a relevant degree qualification, you will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification.
