The Project Manager/ Scrum Master is the one who can manage and balance the technical and non-technical leaders in terms of defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies in the organization.
We practice test driven development, continuous integration, API documentation. We embrace open-source technologies and encourage our developers to contribute and help push the boundaries of web technologies while creating stable solutions to unique challenges.
Your core responsibilities include
Liaise and collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges.
Scrum master experience is a plus (optional).
Develops and manages processes (technical and business) to ensure plans are in place to meet business requirements in a cost efficient manner and within specific targets.
Establishing the overall success criteria for a project, including; time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
Able to provide the overall guidance and structure for creating and maintaining the whole software development efforts of the organization.
Work with senior management to create product plans and formulate project management plans.
Make creative recommendations to expand the product base and vision with business team.
Able to sit in the middle of technical and non-technical heads and constantly communicating with both parties.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets
Reasonably and effectively applies project management knowledge, tools and skills.
Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged by organizing monthly/weekly mini workshops/knowledge sharing sessions for developers.
Qualifications
Requires Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science and/or other related fields.
At least 3 to 5 year(s) of experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager/s specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
Ensure performance and quality of applications.
Excellent English communication (both written and oral) with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
