Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Train the tech team members in the Agile Scrum framework and help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it and work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects including delegation project tasks based on team members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement using appropriate tools and techniques
Triage bugs and issues as they come
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur and ensure the backlog is well-groomed
Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager at a consumer-facing company
Experience with e-commerce is a plus
Highly driven, detail-oriented, and creative candidate with good problem-solving and communication skills
Strong interpersonal and outstanding English and Tagalog communication skills
