About the Role
As an essential part of Grundfos 2025 strategy to establish simplified, standardized and automated global processes, the Project Manager is a key to secure smooth and effective migrations as well as supervise other change projects within Finance.
The Project Manager will assume responsibility for migrating processes under the umbrella of the Finance Streamline project as well as other finance change projects. You will be fully accountable for a productive execution of the project deliverables. You will handle all aspects of a large project from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Review the project schedule with management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
Plan and organize migration and other projects in close co-operation with local finance, SMEs, the outsourcing provider, the Shared Service delivery organization, etc.
Implement the project according to the project plan
Follow the Process Migration Framework where relevant
Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured and according to the Finance Excellence Framework
Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the completion of the project
Establish a communication and change management plan to gain commitment and to facilitate altering stakeholders' behaviours
Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
Prepare status reports on the progress of the project
Establish a risk plan including risk identification, evaluation, identify actions to handle risks and implement according to the risk plan etc.
Ensure that all process deliverables are completed and appropriately signed-off before hand-over to operation
Organize dialogue with stakeholders in local organization
Conduct Kick-off meeting
Handle risks & quality
Ensure Hypercare
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
At least 4-5 years of experience with project and process management
Experience with supervising Finance Transformation projects
Profound experience with guiding teams and complex activities
Possess Finance processes knowledge in the statutory and compliance area instituted in a SAP environment
Advanced level of English orally and in writing
Competencies:
Direct others and able to bring out the best in people
Good communicator that practice genuine attentive and focused listening
Have good presentation skills
Possessing good negotiating skills and able to problem solve
