Work on the priorities of SPX Express's leadership and determine how best to solve the company's biggest opportunities and most challenging problems.
Structure, launch, and drive strategy and operational workstreams including developing hypotheses, designing work plans, conducting analysis, analyzing market/competitive trends, assessing business drivers and operating metrics.
Identify and evaluate opportunities, and develop insightful recommendations on strategic direction and specific project opportunities. Perform the related analysis and research of technical and business issues.
Build models and perform analysis to support the business, including operational, market/industry & financial models, and operational analytics.
Manage the execution of cross-functional and cross-business area projects, including gathering requirements from stakeholders, building work plans, identifying and prioritizing resources needed, and ensuring the delivery of milestones.
Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making within executive-level audiences.
Prepare presentations and communicate findings to SPX Express's leadership and the broader organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, master's degree or MBA in a quantitative or business field
With at least 6 years of experience in analytics, operations, management consulting, or similar function
Proficiency in analytical tools such as advanced spreadsheet, SQL knowledge is a big plus
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data analysis into simple communications.
Results driven, flexible and adaptable able to work in ambiguous situations in an extremely fast-paced environment
Ability to work strategically, think structurally, and articulate concepts and business
Able to build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making within executive-level audiences
Experience in strategy, management consulting, or high-growth startup is a big plus.
Must be willing to station in Podium, Pasig office
