Project Manager - operationsZalora

Project Manager for Operations is a key opening in ZALORA PH to enable us to scale and optimize our Fulfillment and Supply Chain Operations. You will lead your own projects within ZALORA Fulfillment, work directly with the Senior Project Manager for Operations and generate impact to by managing key strategic and analytical projects with a level of responsibility that few other companies can offer. Implement cross-functional projects within Fulfillment, work on high priority issues, and get direct insights into scaling a fast growing internet company in the emerging Southeast Asian market.
Responsibilities:
Manage projects and execute process improvement initiatives affecting multiple functions in Fulfillment and may span on a national (e.g. provinces) or even regional scale (e.g. ASEAN)
Optimize Fulfillment Processes including Warehousing and Supply Chain
Full end to end ownership of projects from start to end
Creation of Financial Models for large scale projects
Monitoring of project timelines and success metrics
Assess change readiness and prepare plans for helping internal and external stakeholders
Negotiate and coordinate with external stakeholders
Utilize various process improvement tools and methodologies to define activities aligned with business objectives
Prepare detailed plans to track project performance and assure timely completion and achievement of deliverables
Deliver significant operational improvement and financial benefits to meet annual targets
Report project results and process improvement efforts directly to the Associate Director of Fulfillment
Requirements:

Graduate of Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Economics or equivalent.
Minimum of 3-5 years professional experience with exposure to e-commerce / retail / industrial / operations / engineering projects.
Track record of successful project implementation is required.
Background in construction projects is a plus.
Previous corporate/consulting/banking/operations background is preferred.
Strong data analysis skills and high proficiency in MS Excel.
Knowledge in python, Tableau is a plus.
Strong communication ability, especially in simplifying and explaining complex concepts.
Entrepreneurial drive, strong project management experience and analytical skills.
Highly capable of handling multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet short deadlines.
Willing to travel and to be assigned at Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX) area as needed.
