We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Office (PMO) Manager to manage organization of key client projects.
As a PMO Manager, you need to collaborate with our Client Success, Sales and Operations Manager to define and prioritize processes and to ensure that our projects are delivered on time. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline.
Specific project manager responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks with a high demand for accuracy. You also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborating with Client Success, Sales and Operations Manager to define and prioritize the projects
Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various task and deliverables
Analyzing financial and workload data, including project budgets, risks, and resource hours and allocation.
Providing reports (financial and utilization/efficiency) to Leadership
Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
Drafting new and improving existing PMO policies and processes.
Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
Requirements
At least 3 years experience as a Project Manager Office Manager in a digital environment
Solid background in managing digital project management tools (we use ClickUp)
Goal-driven, comfortable in working independently with an entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
You must have a fully-developed Process Efficiency experience
Six Sigma certification is an edge
PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
