Qualifications & Experience:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree on Civil / Structural / Construction or equivalent
With at least 5 years' experience in office construction, fit-out renovation or related work
Professional license is an advantage but not required
Able to work with minimal supervision and can work under pressure
Must have a project management background & skills
Proficient in MS office, adobe photoshop, autocad, sketch up, 3d max and the like is an advantage
Can keep up with tight deadline
Can perform exceptional client service
Detail-oriented and committed to producing quality works
Has strong leadership ability, problem solving and analytical skills
Good oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively
