About the Team & Business Line:

As a core member of our Product Support team you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.
Your Role:
You will be responsible for managing multiple Infrastructure related IT projects and driving to successful outcomes within a given timeline. Responsible for organization, scheduling, follow-up, problem resolution and management reporting on assigned IT projects .
You will liaise with all members of the project team which includes various IT professionals as well as Business Stakeholders. This position reports to the Program Manager and is part of the Technology Services division of Citco Technology Management
Project planning, execution, and control for risk initiatives
Manage large, transformative initiatives that impact multiple LOBs and/or products
Identifying and managing to the critical path and milestones of a schedule
Identification of risks, which affect program and project deliverables with follow through on mitigation, resolution and path to green.
Closely monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
Create/maintain project management artifacts for the projects, including project budget and cost
Chair regular meetings with project team and stakeholders in the project, stand-ups and SCRUMs
Report weekly to the various stakeholder categories on project status to plan, issues, etc.
Develop, communicate and coordinate project plans, schedules and resource allocation with Development Managers, project team members and other groups within IT as required. Update project plans and publish changes as project progresses through development life cycle.
Coordinate with Change Management for System Changes and ensure timely and accurate completion
About You:
4 years minimum practical experience in managing complex projects
Knowledge and experience of project methodologies; Certified Scrum Master or similar certification a bonus
Agile/Waterfall project management experience across distributed development groups and varied technologies
Understanding of one or more of the following: Operating Systems, Databases, Storage, Network
Understanding of one or more cloud service categories: Infrastructure-as-a-service, Platform-as-a-service, Software-as-a-service
Understanding and familiarity with AWS is a plus
Must be self-motivated and driven. Ability to lead and motivate others.
Demonstrated strong proficiency in interpersonal/communication skills including oral and written English
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems or relevant studies
Experience with JIRA or other development management products a plus
Certification in AWS is a plus
Candidate should be amenable to night shift schedule: 5PM - 2AM PHT
