As Curated continues to grow, we're seeking a Project Manager to join the Inventory Operations team.
At Curated, the Inventory Operations team builds and improves processes to make sure our inventory journey is smooth from the moment a PO is placed with our suppliers to the moment it arrives at the warehouse. We work across three main pillars: internal stakeholders (category managers, planning, product, finance and data teams), suppliers and warehouse (our 3PL partners).
In this role, you will bring order to chaos! You'll help us to define clear processes for triaging and organizing fulfillment challenges as they arise, and follow through to ensure that problems are solved with various stakeholders and that, by extension, our customers have an excellent buying experience on our platform.
What You'll Do:
Organize and triage various aspects of the inventory and fulfillment workflow
Introduce efficient processes for triaging and escalating issues
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to solve challenges as they arise
Dive into the data to identify root causes and drive process improvements
About You:
Professional project management or process improvement experience
Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
Strong data analysis and Excel skills
Excellent English language communication skills
Able to work during US-Pacific hours
