Job Description:
Delivery Managers will be responsible for Third Party Oversight Processes. This includes development and maintenance of regular reports, dashboards and presentation decks. Partners with stakeholders to develop and adhere to data quality and timeliness standards.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Invoice Reconciliation and Payment - Receive monthly invoices from vendors, validate amounts and process payments in ARIBA
Vendor Expense Tracking - Working with Finance to establish Purchase Orders to pay invoices as well as track spend to ensure is within budget
Scorecard submission and SLA Management - complete scorecards in COMPASS monthly, hold scorecard reviews with vendors and escalate any missed SLA's
Delivery Manager Functions - Execute the requirements set forth in the TPO (Third Party Oversight) Policy and Standards for each engagement where named Delivery Manager
Centralized Delivery Manager's responsibilities for On Boarding, Steady State monitoring and Disengagement of vendors as prescribed by Third Party Oversight (TPO). This includes:
Partnering with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) for scheduling of site visits and application risk assessments. (Domestic Vendor Mgmt. will cover if onsite requirement)
Exit Plan renewal
Negative news reporting
Escalation as a result vendor's unsatisfactory performances
Capturing scorecard and other vendor activities in Compass
Performance monitoring by aligning scorecard to SLA and holding vendor accountable through monthly scorecard reviews
Disaster recovery by partnering with Business Resiliency Admin to mitigate any weather related SLA disruption
Skills/Knowledge
Conflict resolution, change management, influencing, project management, delegation and coaching skills
Ability to review risk and control agenda
LOB, business process and procedures and business applications knowledge
Subject Matter Expert within function
May be required to have business-specific skills or certification
Requirements:
Proven working experience in project management
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Tenure: At least 12 months in current job and process
Performance Rating: At least On Track on My Development
Corrective Action: Not within prescriptive period for suspension
Performance Improvement Plan: Not enrolled in and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
