We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing our clients’ ongoing projects. The successful candidate will be working closely with other team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track and the team delivers excellent quality output.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget
Track work progress, provide feedback, and provide quality assurance at all times
Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
Lead meetings and effectively communicate with clients and the project team to set proper and clear expectations
Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
Report on project progress, offer viable solutions and opportunities as they arise
Conduct performance appraisals for the team; manage attendance and coaching for the team
Report and escalate to management as needed
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience as a Project Manager
Experience in Social Media and WordPress Management would be a plus but not required
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, G Suite and can pick up new technology fast
Working knowledge of current trends in virtual assistance, digital marketing, design, and social media
Previous experience in managing a team and a proven ability to build client and staff relationships
Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience dealing with foreign clients is ideal
