The role: Project Manager (Flexible Benefits)
The Darwin Solutions Delivery team are responsible for implementing DarwinTM to our clients, as well as managing any changes to the clients' requirements whilst using the platform and its services. The SD team plays a critical role in helping our clients realise value from their investment in our technology.
A Project Manager is required to possess both technical understanding, as well as business skills in consulting, organisation, and program and project management. As the Consultant gains experience, the size of client work and complexity increases.
Works independently on projects, consistently applies critical thinking, manages activities against project scope and budget, and mentor's others on one or more implementation technical functions.

Responsibilities includes adherence to and continual improvement of best practices and documentation standards, keeping management apprised of progress and risks, partnering and communicating effectively with other project team members, and executing the function efficiently, accurately and timely on each client project.

We will rely on you to:
Manage implementation projects, for new clients or those enhancing their current offering
Partner with our clients during implementation projects to:
Understand and document their detailed benefits requirements
Work with our offshore configuration specialists to configure Darwin to meet their needs
Support the acceptance testing of their solution
Ensure a successful launch of the solution to their employees
Manage project team workload, allocation, performance and reviews.
Supervise staff during the implementation process to ensure complete, accurate and on time delivery.
Maintain effective change control to ensure successful on-time and on-budget delivery.
Act as the escalation point for issues related to solution delivery.
Provide status reporting and issue escalation to Solution Delivery Lead.
What you need to have:
Has degree in Information Technology or similar field.
Have previous experience of implementation consulting for an Enterprise software product
Display solid experience of managing projects, ideally multiple projects concurrently
Love working in teams and be great with people
Have a strong can-do attitude and be very goal-focused
Be articulate, as strong verbal and written communication with our clients is vital
Be passionate about technology and how it can influence the lives of both our clients and their employees
What makes you stand out:
Previous experience of Employee Benefits, brokerage or managing the delivery of HR information system is an advantage.
Darwin HR Benefit System knowledge and Flexible Benefits implementation experience is a plus.
Lean Six Sigma and/or Project Management certification preferred.
