We seek a skilled Remote Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our new venture. This role involves working closely with our in-house teams, including Sales Account Managers, Operations Managers, and Marketing Managers, to ensure the successful setup and ongoing management of our operations. The Project Manager will be pivotal in tracking progress, identifying challenges, and ensuring milestones are met within set timeframes.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution
Coordinate with the Internal team to align project timelines, milestones, and resources needed
Tracking and Reporting
Monitor Project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
Provide Regular updates to the VP of Strategic Business Development and other stakeholders
Team Coordination
Facilitate communication and collaboration among in-house teams
Address operational, staffing and marketing aspects of the project
Problem Solving
Identifying potential issues and proactively developing contingency plans
Implement solutions to address challenges and maintain project momentum
Quality Assurance
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Stakeholder Management
Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate in into project strategy
Requirements
Preferred but not required Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in a remote or virtual staff setting.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in relation to medical service providers.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Willing to work on Pacific Standard Time (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM California Time.
Own a Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
