We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking candidate to join our established and growing team in the Philippines.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the site coordination process to ensure that ELV services are delivered in accordance with the client's requirements and the respective design documents.
Managing the design deliverables from clients and designers to contractors.
Reviewing contractor works program and resource plan.
Attending weekly site meetings during the construction phase of the works.
Providing advice during construction of the project and issue further notices, clarifications and further design documents as necessary and for the duration of the project.
Investigating site problems related to the consultants' design documents and developing solutions, in cooperation with other professionals, to overcome the problems as appropriate.
Providing regular reports on the progress of work.
Reviewing all as-built documentation and technical manuals for completeness.
Conducting a periodic inspection of the works and preparing reports as necessary of any outstanding issues to be dealt with by the alliance contractor indicating whether the works are in accordance with the design intent as expressed by the design documents.
Coordinating with ELV and electrical contractors for the cable containment installation.
Monitoring of ELV installation quality.
Communicating and problem solving in relation to installation work.
