Role Description
The Global Project Manager is responsible for managing the dubbing and delivery of multiple projects and clients; and will be the liaison between Iyuno internal teams and clients. S/he is also responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the clients while working in tandem with the Sales, Account Management, and Leadership teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Builds relationships with the clients through regular interaction and communications;
Evaluates individual client and project needs, proactively evaluating if challenges may arise and seek to address problems;
Builds strong working relationships within the different centralized and global teams;
Ensures that the global dubbing team is delivering operational excellence by ensuring on time and on budget delivery;
Partners with the Quality team to perform root cause analysis of any issues which arise within the workflow;
Provides regular metric reporting to Strategic Account Management and Global Directors to monitor facility and freelance performance; and
Ensures that any changes to client requirements are cascaded out to all of the local teams clearly and effectively.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or any related field
Work Experience:
Must have at least 3-5 years of work experience in a related field or industry
Skills and Other Qualifications:
Fluent in English both in written and spoken
Must have experience in the dubbing industry
High attention to details
Able to work under pressure and minimal supervision
Outstanding communication and team-building skills
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, exercising diplomacy and sound judgment
Must have experience handling team and team's performance
Good mentor and coach to inspire positive work output
Other Condition:
Amenable to work in shifting schedule
