We are looking for Project Manager ( Dredging Project )
Qualifications:
* Must be a licensed civil engineer
* With at least 7 years work experience in the construction industry
* Handled dredging projects
Duties and Responsibilities
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within specification and within budget
( Preparation and submission of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) to the President/OIC
manage and execute the PEP (including milestone, budgets, and measures of success);
* Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
* Approved PEP change management (including evaluation, analysis, recommendation, execution/implementation, and documentation)
* Periodic reporting of physical and financial accomplishments to management
* Periodic project status report (including weather forecast, project challenges, etc.) to management
* Project Implementation document management
* Management of subcontractors, third-party providers/vendors, and related entities.
* Identifies project specific risk throughout the delivery life cycle and drives corrective behavior,
*Perform risk management to minimize project risks
* Manage pipeline projects as assigned by Management
* Other duties to ensure the overall success of the department and business.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
