The opportunity
Project: Multiple large hyperscale data centre project around Cavite, Philippines. The project requires a lean team to manage client deliverables and closely track general contractors deliverables for compliance towards agreed design standards and details, agreed schedule and robust risk management outlook. The resources required need to have hands-on data centre work experience with robust technical and managerial expertise.
The role will be accountable for the quality and workmanship of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to civil, architectural and structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.

Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting and managing project delivery team (design, procurement, and site) performance of delegated responsibilities and achieving project goals.
Interfacing directly with clients to define project requirements, prepare the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements and supply chain, cost estimate and budget, project schedule, quality, and HSE control and risk identification.
Implementing an appropriate and effective project management framework.
Assisting in managing project cost plan including risk allowance.
Monitoring and controlling changes/variations.
Identifying project risks, developing risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implementing action plans to mitigate project risks.
Establishing and preparing formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the client and company.
Supervising the monitoring and reporting of the contractors progress against the expectations of their contracts from all perspectives.
Coordinating and fostering teamwork between all project stakeholders.
About you
You will have a degree qualification in civil engineering. You will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification.
You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams.
