As a Project Manager, Data and Analytics, you will: Lead the planning and execution of data and analytics projects. Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, tasks, and resources. Facilitate project prioritization across the Data Engineering, Insights, and Data Science teams. Maintain regular communication with internal teams, clients, and other collaborators. Present project updates, potential risks, and proposed solutions to leadership. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution. Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative environment. Who You Are: You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You can efficiently process data, generate accurate, high-quality reports, and present results and findings. You are flexible, able to work on aligning your own initiative with global strategies, and can deal with more than one project at a time. You can proficiently communicate with global partners through telephone, video conference, and email correspondence. You are interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level. Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Information Technology, or related courses. 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on data and analytics projects. 3 years of relevant experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, and Data Engineering in a technology field. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar Project Management certifications are preferred. Experience working with Snowflake, Oracle E-Business Suite, and Microsoft PowerBI. Strong familiarity with project management software tools such as MS Project, Monday.com, and ServiceNow. Proven experience with waterfall, agile, and scrum project methodologies; Agile project management is a plus.
