Job Description :
Gather, document, review and ensure sign off for requirement documents (BRDs, PRDs).
Take ownership of the whole UAT process - from planning, execution to sign off.
Plan, manage and communicate feature releases and product roadmap changes.
Create feature guides, conduct training and provide knowledge support to other departments.
Drive successful technical delivery of assigned projects or features.
Requirements :
At least two (2) years experience in product or project management, dealing with data management, business intelligence, software engineering or management information.
Preferably with experience in the e-commerce or FinTech industries with competencies in business requirement analysis, product design, and user acceptance testing.
Demonstrated track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively.
Has strong camaraderie, analytical skills, problem solving and solution oriented mindset especially when issues arise
Has experience working with groups through formal or informal positions of leadership (ex. student organization, thesis)
Confident collaborating with people from different levels, backgrounds, and experiences
Use analytical skills to derive insights from data and come up with business or organizational decisions
Strong passion to continuously learn new things and grow as a professional
Take initiative and show flexibility in a fast-paced environment
