Project Manager - Project Management

Requirements:
You will have an opportunity to:
· Prepares and maintains project plans and tracks activities against the plan, providing systematic and accurate reporting structures
· Estimates costs, timelines s and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project
· Demonstrates proactiveness in addressing business/departmental needs to secure project deliverables
· Maintains weekly project plans, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met
· Manages the change and control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the project from different stakeholders.
· Provides effective and efficient guidance to the project team ensuring that team members are knowledgeable and engaged in project delivery
· Drives continuous improvement
· Ad hoc tasks, as required

· Highly Driven and results oriented
· Strict attention to detail
· PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is an advantage
· Strong background in Project Planning and Management
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Project Management experience in a BPO set up is an advantage
· Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma will be an advantage
· Ability to operate in a dynamic, start-up environment with minimal supervision
· Strong logical, technical and analytical skills with high ability to analyze problems
· 2+ years' experience in the field is required
· Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree
· Willing to work Full Time in a 24/7 operation (possible evening, weekend and holiday work may be required).
